Q: What are you selling?

A: KJVstore is selling cosmetic products.

Q: Are your products inspired or authentic?

A: Our products are 100% authentic shipped directly from Korea.

Q: Are your products instock or preorder?

A: Products shown here are preorder based. For instock products, please head over to our shopee page.

Q: How long do I have to wait for my products to arrive?

A: Estimate time arrival, 2 to 3 weeks after preorder closed.

Q: Do you ship out of Singapore?

A: Sorry, at the moment we only ship in Singapore.

Q: What are the collection methods?

A: Collections methods via Normal Postage, SmartPac, Courier & Self Collection. Please note that we will not be liable for any loss of normal postage.

Q: How would I know if you have shipped out my orders?

A: A picture proof of your address & stamps will be given to you once mailed.

Q: What are the payment methods?

A: Payment methods via Fund Transfer, iBanking & Cash Deposit. We do not accept any other payment methods. Once you have made the payment, please provide us a receipt / ibank initials for verification.

Q: Can I get a refund for my orders?

A: No refunds will be given once payment have been made. Refunds will only be made if product is out of stock.

Q: What happen if my product is damage once I received it?

A: All products will be bubblewrap during mailing processing. There will be no cancel/exchange/refund for damage products.

Q: I received the wrong products, what should I do?

A: Kindly contact us within 7 days upon receiving your products. We will do an exchange for you. Product must be in good condition / brand new in package. KJVstore reserved the rights not to do any exchange.
